​By participating in the Faraday Electric Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Eligibility​

• Everyone can participate! 

• Existing and future Faraday Electric customers are able to enter the program.

• Faraday Electric employees and affiliates can also participate.

 

2. How the Program Works​

• For every new customer who completes an EV charger installation using your name as a their referral code, you will earn referral credits you can redeem. 

• Referral credits are based on the number of completed installations that have been paid by the referee.

3. Prize Redemption and Reset Policy

• If you redeem a prize at any milestone after the initial 5 referrals,  your referral count will reset to zero, and you will start the referral process again to qualify for new rewards.

• Any additional referrals beyond the final milestone will only count toward the next cycle after prize redemption.

 

4. Referral Tracking​

• The referred client must enter the referral's name during the installation booking process to qualify as a valid referral.

• Faraday Electric reserves the right to verify and audit referral activity to prevent fraud or misuse of the program.

• We will provide weekly updates via email, so you know how many valid referrals you have.

5. Payout Timelines 

• Cash rewards will be distributed within 30 days after the installation has been completed and paid.

• Non-cash rewards such as gift cards, devices, and trips will be fulfilled based on availability and will be delivered within 60 days of reaching the milestone.
